  • Achilles Support Strap is designed specifically for Achilles Tendonitis with it's adjustable elastic strap tension.
  • Easy to apply and adjust. Wear our elastic X-strap for several hours at a time. Product comes with one strap, not a pair, and fits in shoe and allows stretching and exercise.
  • Support originates from the Xstrap style and provides a comfortable, gentle, effective support as the elastic straps provides a consistent lift to the heel and Gel Buttress provides pressure to reduce pain.
  • Ensure the gel buttress is placed over the achilles. Can be worn over a sock. Place the logo on the top of the foot and fasten lower strap loosely at first. Then pull the upper achilles strap and fasten it for target compression. Finally, re-adjust the lower plantar strap for firm fit, comfort, and target compression.
  • Available in two sizes: Regular (Men 7-10 and Women 8.5-11.5 shoe size) and Large (Men 10.5-14 and Women 12-15.5 shoe size). Product fits either foot and is latex free.
