  • DIP BASE COAT: First, coat & build. Apply the Base liquid to one nail. Dip the nail into the Build Powder. Tap and brush the nail to remove excess dip Build Powder. Repeat on each nail.
  • NAIL DIP ACTIVATOR: The Activator hardens the powder and cures the nail dip color. Apply a thin layer of Activator liquid to each nail. Wait for two minutes, buff, & apply a second thin layer of Activator liquid to each nail. Wait another two minutes.
  • DIP TOP COAT: Finally, the Nailboo Top Coat adds brilliant shine for a diamond-hard finish, and it seals everything in to prevent color fading. Simply apply a thin layer of Top Coat to each nail, and you’re done. Say hello to your new mani!
