  • HOW TO USE: INTERNAL - 1 tsp powder with 1 tsp Ajawain (caraway seeds) in 1 glass of water, boil for 2-3 minutes with stirring, keep the solution for 6-8 hours, filter and drink the solution with 1-2 tsp honey. OR Mix ½ tsp powder with ½ tsp Tulsi (Basil) powder & ½ tsp Licorice (Mulethi) powder and take with honey & warm water. EXTERNAL – Apply powder paste with eucalyptus oil on forehead in cold, sinus.
