- Kit contains (4) DF columns, (4) 2mL collection tubes, 3mL DF buffer, 1mL wash buffer (4mL add ethanol) and 1mL elution buffer
- Sample: up to 300mg agarose gel slice and up to 100 microliter PCR product or other enzymatic reaction
- Spin column format; centrifuge/Vacuum manifold operation
- 10 microgram DNA binding capacity; expectant yield is 80-90 percent for gel extraction and 90-95 percent for PCR clean-up
- Applications: PCR fluorescent or radioactive sequencing, restriction digestion, DNA labeling, ligation
