- Sportime\'s Core Pilates for Kids is a set of 56 core exercise cards that focuses on strengthening of the abdominals, back muscles, buttocks and leg muscles. Theses cards were designed by a licensed physical therapist and introduce Pilates exercises designed specifically for children. Core training provides remarkable benefits including improved balance and coordination as well as improvements in respiration and lung capacity. Exercise cards measure 3-1/2 x 5 in and feature children doing the exercises with written descriptions of each exercise.
