- Works on a right handed casement window
- Arm is 9-1/2 inch from middle of the guide button to the middle of the crank operator while closed
- Heavy duty diecast zinc construction with coppertone finish
- Opens the window to a full 90 degrees
- Matching crank handle is included
- A Phillips head screwdriver is required for installation
