- Divider sets include the following headings: Insurance, Tax and Assessment Receipts, Mortgage, Title Papers, Attorney\'s Opinion, Appraisal, Credit Reports and Application
- Folders are made of heavy weight 25 point pressboard stock for superior durability. Divider and file jacket are made of 11 point manila stock
