Adjust the width of the line required using the wheel then dip the pen into the masking fluid (or paint) then draw long, thin grasses.
- ?INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF RULING PEN?Adjust to your chosen line width, dip the ruling pen in your ink or alternatively masking fluid and draw onto the paper. It is possible to create very fine lines. If you use masking fluid, let it dry and paint your picture. Once your painting is dry remove the masking fluid to reveal the unpainted areas.
